He has written authoritatively at many levels: from easy to understand guides for the general public on health issues and treatment approaches to detailed, well-referenced texts for health care students and practitioners and their clients. He has also co-edited and contributed to numerous other important publications in the field of fascial dysfunction and its treatment, notably as co-editor of Fascia: The Tensional Network of the Human Body edited by Robert Schleip et al. Apart from his books Leon is the founding Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies.
